The control and measurement system of the horizontal tensile testing machine is composed of an upper computer and a lower computer. It can realize data collection, display and man-machine dialogue. The lower computer can transmit control parameters, data processing, curve drawing parameters, etc. The lower computer adopts the servo controller. It mainly realizes digital PID servo control, data acquisition, receiving commands, and sending control data to the upper computer. The upper and lower computers transmit data through serial port communication.


   1. Host computer: Adopt brand P4 computer, compile the program with VB and VC language. The interface is a virtual screen, intuitive and easy to operate. The data processing function is powerful, can draw the real-time curve, the software can set the limit alarm and shutdown protection functions to protect the host from damage. The control system software adopts the Chinese Windows 98 platform and uses the most popular Microsoft Visual C + + design. It has fast running speed, beautiful interface and simple operation; it can meet the test methods of different materials.    2. Lower computer: servo controller.


  3. Main control template: 80C196 is used as the main CPU: 80C196 is a 16-bit single-chip microcomputer, which has fast running speed and powerful running functions. This template is mainly completed. Operate other templates, digital HD operation and control, data acquisition and transmission of data to the upper computer, receiving instructions from the upper computer and executing commands.


  4. Load amplifier template: AC amplifier technology is used to avoid measurement errors caused by temperature drift. The amplifier can be automatically zeroed, automatically calibrated, and automatically shifted. When the amplifier is tested regularly, it has high accuracy, low drift and low noise.


  5. Servo system and interface unit: The drive unit adopts the latest PID servo system, which has excellent control, high stability, stable and reliable operation, fast response, low noise, and has complete protection functions such as overload and so on. The 18-bit A/D converter ensures that the accuracy of the measured value in the full range is better than ±1%. The measuring element adopts a high-precision load sensor, which can overcome the friction caused by the friction between the hydraulic cylinder and the piston. The use of pressure sensors cannot be overcome.
