During testing, a device used to detect the test force. The test clamp can be fixed on the sensing end to facilitate the fixation and measurement of the side object.
※Note: The surface of each load cell is affixed with its maximum bearing specification. Although the machine has an overload protection function, it is still recommended not to exceed its specification.
(F) Fixture plate:
This jig plate can be used to fix the jig, and the jig fixed on the load cell sensor end can be tested according to the product.
(G) Machine body:

(Ⅰ) Foot:

(J) Upper and lower limit adjustment device:

3-2. Control system and equipment:
This machine uses industrial computers as the control system, and its wiring method is the same as that of ordinary computers.
There is not much difference, only the differences are listed below:
(1) Control line connector (large):
Connect to the control box on the right side of the machine body to achieve the connection action of the system.
(2) Control line connector (small):
Connect to the control box on the right side of the machine body to achieve the connection action of the system.
(3) Load cell connector:
Connect to the load cell on the mobile platform of the machine to capture the load change of the test.
(4) Keyboard connection seat:
This connector is exclusively for PS2 keyboards, please connect according to the signs.
(5) Mouse connector:
This connector is dedicated for USB mouse, please follow the signs to connect.
Four: Operation panel function description:
(a) Low-speed ascending button: press this button once, the machine will rise up by 0.01mm; if it is continuous

(b) Medium-speed ascending button: Press this button once, and the machine will rise up by 0.10mm; if it is continuous
Press and hold this button, the machine will rise at a medium speed.
(c) High-speed ascent button: press this button once, the machine will rise up by 1.00mm; if it is continuous
Press and hold this button, the machine will rise at high speed.
(d) Low-speed down button: Press this button once, and the machine will drop down by 0.01mm; if it is continuous
Press and hold this button, the machine will descend at a low speed.
(e) Medium speed descent button: press this button, the machine will lower down by 0.10mm; if it is continuous
Press and hold this button, the machine will descend at a medium speed.
(f) high-speed descent button: press this button once, the machine will lower down by 1.00mm; if it is continuous
Press and hold this button, the machine will descend at high speed.
(g) Start button: When the test setting is completed, you can select automatic in the measurement option on the execution screen

(h) Stop button: After starting the test, if you want to terminate the test, you can press the end measurement option on the execution screen, and the machine will stop the test. During the test, pressing this button can also stop the test.
(i) Upper limit indicator light: When the machine moves up, when the moving crossbar touches the upper limit adjustment ring, the upper limit switch will act and send a stop signal to stop the machine. At this time, the upper limit indicator will light up.
(j) Lower limit indicator light: When the machine moves down, when the moving crossbar touches the lower limit adjustment ring, the lower limit switch will act and send a stop signal to stop the machine. At this time, the lower limit indicator will light up.
※Note: The up or down button of the operation panel will only work after the computer is turned on and the test software is entered.
