1. Principle description:
The system uses the touch screen to communicate with the PLC, controls the servo motor to drive the suction cup fixture on the drop mechanism to lift, and cooperates with the action of the decoupling device and the suction cup to achieve the drop test. Three suction cups in different directions meet the user's drop test on the edges, corners and surfaces of the product.

1 Double-column linear bearing guide, servo motor + synchronous belt drive up and down, the test height can be set arbitrarily, and the external laser distance measurement analysis system can calculate the object's falling speed test measurement, and the positioning is more accurate
2 Three suction cups with different angles realize multi-angle testing of samples, and each angle is equipped with two suction cups to avoid tilting inward when falling vertically
3 Touch screen + high-response PLC control, and all electrical control parts use a complete set of Omron series products, which have faster response speed and more stable operation. The acceleration, maximum landing speed, test time and other data can be measured
4 The fully enclosed peripheral frame and the shielded door equipped with electromagnetic lock provide a more reliable guarantee for the safety of the operator
5 Use a large flow vacuum generator with greater suction power to meet the test of larger samples
6 Fast vacuum compensation function, reduce the adhesion between the test sample and the suction cup, and drop more accurately
