Each operating mechanism is designed according to ergonomics to minimize fatigue. Modular component design allows free combination of system functions. It integrates various observation functions such as bright field, dark field, oblique illumination, polarized light, DIC differential interference, IC, FOG bonding zone particle indentation, etc. The function can be selected according to the actual application.
QC5000R can realize the movement range of 158mmx158mm in X and Y directions.
Newly designed long working distance professional metallographic objective lens, high magnification objective lens adopts semi-cancellation technology.
Under various observation methods, clear, sharp and high-contrast microscopic images can be obtained.
