Description of detection principle
Qicheng optical sorting machine automatically feeds through the vibrating plate, the glass plate carries the sample to be tested and rotates, and takes pictures when passing by the industrial CCD camera. Subsequently, the German Siemens industrial computer and Qicheng image detection system software will conduct real-time detection, analysis and calculation to determine whether the sample is qualified. Finally, the good and bad samples are blown into the discharge opening of the good and bad products by blowing air.
The screening speed of Qicheng optical screening machine depends on factors such as the size of the sample to be tested and the number of detection indicators. It can screen 80,000 samples per hour at the fastest.
Second, the main configuration of the equipment
1. Industrial Computer
The industrial computer is the core component of the Qicheng optical screening machine, which is equivalent to the human brain. Qicheng's image detection software runs directly on industrial computers. The analysis and calculation of images, as well as the control of various industrial cameras, electrical, pneumatic and other institutions are centrally managed by industrial computers.
2. Servo motor and driver
The servo motor and driver are used to drive the glass plate to rotate stably, and to transport samples for taking pictures or blowing out.
3. PLC
The PLC controls the coordinated rotation and air blowing in the Qicheng optical screening machine.
4. Vibration plate
The vibrating plate is used to assist the automatic feeding of the sample to be tested in the Qicheng automatic optical screening machine system.
5. CCD industrial camera, lens and light source
There are one or more groups of shooting sites in the Qicheng optical screening machine system, and each industrial camera has a camera lens and light source.
Used to take photos of the sample to be tested for analysis.
6. Industrial high-speed solenoid valve for blowing
Pneumatic solenoid valve is used to reject bad samples to be tested in the control system of Qicheng optical screening machine.
