The camera is hung directly above the No. 1 station. When the feeding action is completed, the posture of the product in the tooling is detected

Through visual inspection, control whether the products in the tooling are placed in the right position

Cover handling & unloading cleaning


servo motor:


Drive the sliding table cylinder module to move left and right through belt drive


 


Take the cover plate mechanism:


Take out the tooling cover from No. 4 position and put it into No. 2 station


Adsorption feeding mechanism:


After the cover plate A is removed, the product is taken out of the tooling and put into the finished box through the suction cup.


B. After the blanking is completed, the blowing hole next to the suction cup blows air to clean the tooling


Cleaning brush:


After reaching the defined number of work, the motor drives the brush to rotate and clean the residue of the tooling


Design ideas:


By taking the cover plate mechanism, the transitional flow of the tooling cover plate is realized. At the same time, put the finished product into the finished product box to complete the material receiving action.

Since the stamping and tooling are both used by your company, a robotic arm is needed to adjust the positions of the two toolings to complete the stamping action.


Action description


Station 2:


Move the cover plate from No. 4 station to the tooling at No. 2 station


Station No. 1:


The loading robot sucks the product from the end of the runner and puts it into the tooling until the tooling is full of products


CCD detects whether the product is placed upright


 


Station No. 3:


The robot arm swaps the tooling of No. 3 station with the tooling of the customer's on-site punching station.


Station No. 4:


After the cover is transported to the No. 2 station, the unloading mechanism puts the product into the finished box, and blows the tooling and rotates the brush to clean
