2. Main functions
UV3 ultraviolet accelerated aging test box uses UVA-340 fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source, which can simulate the harm caused by sunlight, rain and dew. The UV weatherproof box uses fluorescent ultraviolet lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight and condensed moisture to simulate dew. The tested material is placed in a cycle program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing, and the accelerated weather resistance test is performed on the material to obtain the weather resistance result of the material. The UV box can reproduce the hazards that occurred outdoors for months or years in a few days or weeks. The types of hazards include: fading, discoloration, loss of gloss, pink, cracking, turbidity, bubbles, embrittlement, strength, decay, and oxidation. This machine contains spray device.
The UV3 ultraviolet accelerated aging test box can simulate the environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness, etc. in the natural climate, by reproducing these conditions, combining them into a cycle, and let it automatically perform the number of cycles . This is the working principle of the UV aging test chamber.
In this process, UV3 can automatically monitor the temperature of the blackboard and the water tank; equipped with a CR-10 irradiance corrector, the light irradiance can be controlled to stabilize the irradiance at 0.68W/m2/340nm, 0.55 W/m2/313nm or specified illuminance, and greatly extend the life of the lamp.

3. Sub-item introduction
1. light source:
The light source adopts 8 imported ultraviolet fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W UVA-340 as the light source. Ultraviolet fluorescent tubes are distributed on both sides of the machine, with 4 tubes on each side.
The emission spectrum of UVA-340 tube has a wavelength of 295~340nm.
Since the energy output of fluorescent lights will gradually decay over time, in order to reduce the impact of the test caused by the attenuation of light energy, this test box has a new one for every 1/4 of the life of the fluorescent lamp among all eight tubes. The lamp tube replaces an old lamp tube, so that the ultraviolet light source is always composed of the new lamp and the old lamp, so as to obtain a constant output light energy.
The effective life of the lamp tube can be about 1600~1800 hours.
2. Electrical control:
a. Both the blackboard temperature and the condensation temperature are controlled by a system, and the rest are basically imported electronic components.
