This product is manufactured according to user requirements and with reference to ASTM G 153, ASTM G 154, ASTM D 4329, ASTM D 4799, ASTM D 4587, SAE J2020, ISO 4892 and other current ultraviolet aging test standards. It mainly provides ultraviolet aging tests for coatings, adhesives, plastics, roofing materials, printing inks, textiles and other industries to assess the adaptability and durability of test products, or to evaluate the behavior of test products. It is an indispensable important test method in the whole process of new product development, prototype test, and product qualification test.

This product has the following characteristics:

l Irradiation/condensation/water spray test can be performed separately, or any combination of irradiation/condensation/water spray test can be programmed.

l Provide comprehensive and detailed real-time monitoring and curve recording for important test parameters such as irradiance, temperature and time (the controller has a recorder function), and the computer can also generate reports and curve printing.

l It adopts Taiwan's industrial-grade 7-inch true color touch screen control system, which has good stability, monitoring, operability and maintainability.

l Provide life reference for imported ultraviolet lamps with expensive materials (the lamp is a consumable, the life is about 1600 hours), which is convenient for users to confirm the replacement time of the lamp and save the cost of use. By configuring the irradiance measurement and control device (solar eye), the irradiance can be measured and controlled, so that the irradiance is automatically stabilized at the set value, and the service life of the lamp is greatly extended.

It adopts automatic water supply and drainage design, and is matched with high-cost and high-power water mercury to ensure the flow rate and uniformity of water spray.
